Still, for this perspective, the same author supports that ' ' the proper idea of patrimony means the attempt of ' ' contar' ' the past adaptando it the new language of presente' ' , aiming at to construction and/or reaffirmation of the cultural identity of the pertaining individuals to the locality, in this case Mouro Field. Therefore, we believe that the mouroense citizen if identifies with would iguaria gastronmica of the city, therefore the constitution of its belonging/identity to the locality if of the one by means of the language, which, according to Mello and Di Paolo (2007: 135-136): (…) it is a net of joints, a confusion town of historical aspects and cultural (…) that they can produce effect of will singularizaro, as the place, the time, the meeting circumstances, that take the coerncias and, thus, to one ' ' cmoda history on we ourselves or a consoler narrative of eu' ' ' ' (…) and that many times configure ' ' cincias' ' , ' ' teorias' ' , ' ' ideologias' ' , in way that has in the practical discursivas its conditions of existence, coexistence, maintenance, modification or disappearance. In result of displayed, we will leave of the beginning of that the tradition of the Sheep in the hole exceeded its domestic use, changedding themselves into a strategical element for the development of the city, mainly, in the last few decades and using, so that this occurred, the memory and historical conscience of the pertaining population to the city of Mouro Field. Justifications Due to fast transformation of its typical plate in tradition, Mouro Field in passes the idea of that the Sheep in the Hole alone was raised to the status of ' ' plate tpico' ' with intention to constitute a new socioeconmica activity for its city of origin, however, it conceives to the practical population a false cultural idea of, cultural patrimony, tourist activity, being that, in the reality, it does not pass of strategies of development and transformation of the city, under the incentive of the public power, as much of how much state the municipal sphere.
